There are four types of transport: road, rail, sea and air. Road transport consists of cars, buses, coaches and taxis. Sea transport consists of a ferry, whereas air consists of planes and helicopters. Rail transports consists of trains.
RailBusiness travellers would use airplanes and trains because they both provide business class facilities like Wi-Fi which allow them to be able to do their work I a comfy environment so they are not stressed if they have a meeting as soon as they reach their destination. An example of a rail company is Virgin Trains which is a successful business invented by the famous entrepreneur Richard Branson.

airAlthough business travellers would use an airplane, anyone is free to use an airplane. Just like trains, planes have first class, business class and economy class. Business travellers would use business class, people who are travelling alone and can afford the better facilities would use first class and families who want cheap flights. Although virgin is a rail company it's also and airline company. It's called Virgin Atlantic.

seaFerry's are mostly used by school that are going on educational trips, this is because it would be a cheaper method of travelling. For example if the school were going to France for their trip they would take a coach on the ferry as it Is cheap for the students that have to pay, this is outbound tourism. An example of a ferry company is P and O Cruises which a British cruise line that offers holidays to the most common destinations like the Caribbean.

Cars, taxis, buses and coaches are used for domestic tourists which travel within the country. Family make use of road transport the most, for example if they live in the UK and they take a coach to visit Alton Towers. An example of a road transport company is National Express which provide coaches all around the UK.
